  2. The recipients of personal data may be natural and legal persons.
  3. Personal data may be also processed by the third parties on behalf of the data adminstrator by way of a written contract on personal data processing.
  4. Personal data may be processed for the following purposes and in accordance with the following legal regulations:
    1. for purposes resulting from the legitimate interests pursued by us as the data administrator (legal basis: Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR), i.e. for the purpose of:
      1. providing services to customers,
      2. settling disputes, pursuing claims and responding to complaints,
      3. direct marketing,
      4. analytical and statistical activities,
      5. optimization of the services and products offered,
      6. research on the level of satisfaction of our customers with our company and the services and products offered,
      7. ensuring ICT security,
      8. ensuring the safety of people and property (monitoring),
    2. meeting the stipulations of our contracts with Clients and cooperating entities (legal basis: Article 6 (1) (b) of the GDPR),
    3. fulfilling the legal obligation resulting from the individual legal provisions (legal basis: Article 6 (1) (c) of the GDPR),
    4. providing or storing information, advertising and marketing content and for the purposes of the recruitment process on the basis of a freely granted consent (legal basis: Article 6 (1) (a) of the GDPR),
  5. The provision of personal data is generally voluntary. However, failure to do so may prevent the achievement of the purposes for which the personal data is obtained. In some cases, providing personal data and their scope may result from legal provisions.
  6. The person whose personal data is processed has the right to:
      1. access to data, obtain a copy of the data and the right to rectify it,
      2. request the deletion of personal data at any time,
      3. request to limit the processing of personal data,
      4. object to further data processing,
      5. lodging a complaint to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office in the event of finding a breach of the provisions on the protection of personal data.
  7. The consent granted for the processing of personal data may be withdrawn at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the data processing carried out up to its withdrawal.
  8. The website of the data administrator [address] uses cookies. These are small text files sent by the web server and stored by a computer browser. When the browser reconnects with the website, the website recognizes the device used by the user to connect to the website. The parameters of information contained therein can be read only by the server that had created them. Therefore, cookies facilitate the use of previously visited sites. The data collected concerns the IP address, type of browser used, language, type of operating system, Internet service provider, information about the time and date of connection, location and information sent to the website via the contact form. The data collected is used to monitor and verify how the users use the websites in order to improve the functioning of the website, ensuring more effective and problem-free navigation. We monitor user information through the Google Analytics, a tool that records user behavior on the website. Cookies identify the user, which allows the content of the website he uses to be adapted to his needs. By remembering his preferences, cookies enable target the advertisements addressed to the user. The following types of cookies are used (must be adjusted):
      1. “Necessary” cookies, enabling the use of services available on the website, e.g. authentication cookies used for services that require authentication on the website;
      2. cookies used to ensure security, e.g. used to detect fraud with regards to authentication on the website;
      3. “Performance” cookies, enabling the collection of information on how the website subsites are used;
      4. “Functional” cookies, enabling “remembering” the settings selected by the user and personalizing the user interface in terms of the language or region the user comes from, font size, website appearance, etc .;
      5. “Advertising” cookies that enable the delivery of advertizing content more tailored to the user’s interests.

    The user may at any time disable or restore the option of collecting cookies by changing the settings in the web browser.

  9. Personal data is stored for the period necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were obtained. If the processing of data is based on consent, after its withdrawal, the data shall be immediately deleted, unless there exists another basis legalizing the processing of personal data obtained in this way.
  10. Personal data is not used for profiling as one of the forms of automated processing of personal data.
  11. This Privacy Policy shall enter into force on May 25, 2018.
